'network' - programme objectives

To gain a greater understanding of the issues involved in decision making to safeguard children.

Target group: Operational Managers who supervise practitioners and volunteers. Professionals working together on complex cases involving assessment, planning, intervention and review.

Delegates will have the opportunity to network with professionals from a variety of agencies to discuss what may hinder effective decision making locally. The course will consider EVERY CHILD MATTERS and the COMMON ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK to explore ways to improve working relationships and communication when safeguarding children.
